Change Management


Change Management or CM is a structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state, to fulfill or implement a vision and strategy. It is an organizational process aimed at empowering employees to accept and embrace changes in their current environment.

When analysis reveals a performance gap and potential solutions are chosen, CM provides a formal process for organizational and individual change to incorporate new processes, technologies, systems, structures, and values. It is the set of activities that helps people transition from their present way of working to the desired way of working to achieve higher performance.
